The Asia Pacific Beauty Expo was held concurrently, bridging the gap between the China mainland and international markets.

Co-hosted by the Greater Bay Area (Hong Kong) Hairdressing and Beauty Industry General Association, Shenzhen Hairdressing, Beauty and Cosmetics Industry Association, and COSMOPROF ASIA, the "Greater Bay Area Beauty Industry Forum" was grandly held on November 13, 2025, during the Asia Pacific Beauty Expo, with the theme of "Connecting Wisdom, Linking the Bay Area, Blooming in Asia". It was our great honor to invite Mr. Hu Jianmin, MH, JP, Deputy Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs of the Hong Kong SAR Government, to serve as the officiating guest. Together with 10 presidents of beauty industry associations in the Greater Bay Area, he attended the launching ceremony of the "GBA 9+2 Beauty Industry Interactive Development Platform" to witness the platform's launch. This marks the first time that a "two-way channel" has been established for the hairdressing and beauty industry in the Greater Bay Area: it not only helps Hong Kong and Macao brands explore the mainland market, but also assists mainland enterprises in expanding to the international market through Hong Kong and Macao.

GBA 9+2 Beauty Industry Interactive Development Platform
Proposed by the Greater Bay Area (Hong Kong) Hairdressing and Beauty Industry General Association, the platform was officially established in 2025 in collaboration with beauty industry associations from 15 cities including Hong Kong, Macao and the Pearl River Delta. It aims to break down barriers in standards, talent and markets among cities in the Greater Bay Area, build an interactive platform for the GBA's beauty industry, and continuously conduct in-depth research for the industry in aspects such as trend analysis, talent cultivation and mobility.

It was delivered by Mr. Keiichiro Kasai, a renowned Japanese hair regeneration expert and author of "The AGA Treatment Revolution", and Ms. Kazuko Takagi, President of the Central Japan Beauty College.
