Since 2010, AHMA has been established for fifteen years. Over the past years, AHMA has continuously stood by their original direction and mission, to carry out in-depth exploration and research for the future healthy and vigorous development of the Asian hair industry. We plan to provide a reference route for the development direction of the China and Asian hair industry in China Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, UK, Holland, Indonesia, Philippines, and other places, and to carry out various activities to build a cultural exchange platform.

There are still too many areas for the development of the hair industry and are waiting for us to explore. In future, we must create a new system, must set up a system of professional education and must also examine the weakness of our industry. It is necessary to focus and streamline, making the professional standards as the goal of our training. I hope that the development of the hair industry in future will match with the real needs of the market. We have to think about how to make young people willing to join the hair industry. How can we "pass on our knowledge to the young generation" to make a better future? The current system in hair industry is not perfect: there is not a professional and qualified training system for hair professionals to follow or learn; to let the hair industry have a better condition and environment to attract high-quality talents to join our industry.

I am very grateful to the friends and hair professionals who have participated in AHMA's different activities, competitions and hair shows in the past years. Thank you for your participation and continual support. AHMA will now step into a new stage. I understand there are still lots of things to learn and still a long way to go. I will try my best to assist and solve the new problems of the Hair industry and hope that everyone will continue to support us. Let's step into a new chapter for hair industry development together!
