This year, Caritas Institute of Community Education embarks on a meaningful new milestone: the “QF Hong Kong Qualifications Framework:Recognition of Prior Learning scheme is officially extended to the hair‑dressing industry. This marks that both the beauty and hair‑dressing sectors are advancing hand‑in‑hand into a new phase of professionalisation and standardisation.
